​Waddlemarsh by club member Rick Squirrell

Set somewhere south-west of London in the 1960s.
A suburban passenger line sees electric units calling at an SR halt while freight, featuring steam, diesel and electric haulage is handled in an adjacent yard.
The layout is modelled in 00 for DC running  and was originally kept in a London flat before being dismantled for scrap.
After being stored in the open air for three weeks it was saved by Rick and is now being renovated in our club rooms.

The photograph shows an electric unit calling at the station early one evening.
